since 1994. As a third generation San Franciscan and fellow
property owner, Steve is keenly aware of the challenges that

experience representing owners at the local Rent Board and
Department of Building Inspection are extremely valuable tools

Respected as an industry leader, Steve has served as the
Vice President of the Professional Property Management
Association of San Francisco for many years. He has taught
classes in all aspects of Property Management and is a member
of the National Association of Residential Property Managers,
Professional Property Management Association of
